Care & Counseling

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

2 Corinthians 1:3–4

Pastoral Counseling

Every human being has a story. At Rock Hill, we want to help you engage your story through the lens of Scripture, with an eye toward God’s redeeming grace. We offer pastoral counseling from our pastors and elders for those who attend our church, and we also make referrals to professional Christian counselors in our city and online.

If you would like to receive pastoral counseling, please email Pastor Mike Solis. He will field your request and schedule your first meeting.

Celebrate Recovery

Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered, 12-step recovery program for anyone struggling with hurt, hang-ups, and habits of any kind. It is designed to help spiritually sick people point each other to Jesus for healing, and it also provides fellowship and accountability in applying Christian principles and practices to all areas of life. We welcome anyone who has a desire to work a recovery program, regardless of belief.

Meetings are on Wednesdays at our Lincoln Park campus (2401 W 5th St.) from 6-8:30pm. Childcare provided for ages infant through 12 years old.

Premarital Counseling

If you’ve recently become engaged, congratulations! We want to help you prepare not just for your wedding day but also for a successful marriage. To that end, our premarital counseling is designed to help send you into marriage with biblical insights, practical tools, a God-centered vision, and coaching from an experienced married couple.

If you are interested in premarital counseling, please email Pastor Kyle Eaton. He will field your request and get the process started.

Marriage Coaching

We know that marriage is difficult. Problems can occur in couples of every age, life stage, and background, and even husbands and wives who have been disciples of Jesus for a long time can struggle and need help.

We’ve trained a handful of marriage coaches to help couples in our church who are struggling with marriage issues by walking them through the Prepare-Enrich relationship assessment. Our marriage coaches meet with couples on a short-term basis in order to assist with the assessment, provide feedback on the report, work through a few relationship exercises, and help refer to professional counseling if necessary.

If you are interested in marriage coaching, please email Pastor Mike Solis. He will field your request and help connect you with a marriage coach.
